These Terms of Sale govern the sale of FMC Tokens during the presale organized by Zentara Business LLC on fmctoken.io.
FMC Tokens are sold under the following conditions during the presale:
Payments are accepted in BNB (BEP-20) via MetaMask or WalletConnect on the BNB Smart Chain. The transaction is irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
FMC Tokens purchased during the presale will be automatically sent to the paying wallet. A confirmation email with PDF receipt will be sent to you.
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, no refund can be granted after transaction confirmation. Ensure the accuracy of your wallet address before any purchase.
Purchasing FMC Tokens involves significant risks including total loss of invested capital, price volatility, technological and regulatory risks. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
The sale of FMC Tokens is conducted under Wyoming law (Wyo. Stat. §17-4-206). FMC Token is classified as a utility token and is exempt from securities regulations in the State of Wyoming.
